• Authorized staff account, role, clinic, and security information.
• Clinic configuration and administrative appointment information supplied by a clinic or its patients.
• Operational, security, audit, and support records needed to provide and protect the service.
• Approved communication identifiers and message delivery events when a clinic enables a provider such as WhatsApp.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, support, and improve Rovano.
• Route appointment and administrative communications for the correct clinic.
• Authenticate users, enforce roles, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.
• Respond to enquiries, onboarding requests, support issues, and legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We disclose information only as needed to the relevant clinic, authorized users, contracted service providers, or authorities where required by law. Infrastructure and communication providers may include Supabase, Google Cloud, Vercel, and Meta when the corresponding feature is enabled. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service relationship, applicable legal requirements, security and audit needs, and approved clinic retention periods. We use role-based access, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, secret storage, audit controls, and provider-specific activation gates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete information where applicable. Clinic patients should normally contact their clinic first because the clinic controls its operational records. You may also contact hello@rovano.io.
