Service and eligibility
Rovano provides administrative clinic operations software. You may use it only for a legitimate organization, with authority to bind that organization, and in accordance with applicable law and your agreement with us.
Authorized use
- Keep accounts and credentials secure and provide accurate onboarding information.
- Use role and location permissions appropriately.
- Obtain required notices, consents, and legal bases for information submitted to the service.
- Do not misuse the service, probe security controls, send unlawful messages, or upload content you are not authorized to process.
Clinic and medical responsibilities
Rovano supports administrative workflows and does not replace a clinic's professional judgment, emergency process, clinical record system, or legal responsibilities. Clinics remain responsible for patient care, scheduling decisions, content approval, and staff actions.
Third-party services
Features may depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication, communications, scheduling, or AI providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features. Provider-backed actions remain disabled until configured and approved.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, restrict, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service. Pilot, preview, or gated features may change and are not represented as generally available unless explicitly enabled.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rovano is provided subject to the warranties, remedies, and liability limits in the applicable customer agreement. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@rovano.io.
